LFWM: Our highlights
Now the dust has settled from a hectic London Fashion Week Men’s, we’ve had chance to catch our breath and think about what we loved from this years’ show. We had tickets for three shows: Belstaff, Vivienne Westwood and Blood Brother. As we stock all three, it was only natural that we had a peek at what to expect next season – we bumped into the odd celeb here and there, too. Here are our highlights from London Fashion Week – the most important week on the men’s fashion calendar.
Spotting Oliver Proudlock from Made in Chelsea. We snapped the sartorially sharp MIC star hanging around the Belstaff show sporting a rather nice Belstaff leather that we are particularly jealous of.
Hand Contouring. Who knew?
Bumping into Dougie Poynter. The McFly bassist was looking smart at the Belstaff show wearing Blood Brother, both brands you’ll find online.
Vivienne Westwood. She needs no introduction – the Queen of Fashion made a brief appearance after her show.
Details. It’s all about the details. The preparation that goes into LFWM is staggering. It’s a massive team effort and the attention to detail in all the shows we attended was incredible to see – we have some very talented designers.
Individuality. We loved seeing the unique styles and people embracing their individuality at LFWM… roll on next time.
