Mental health is something to nurture every day. Some days can be better than others when it comes to your mental health. One way to keep track of your mental health and reflect on how you are feeling each day is to journal. There are so many prompts online that give you starting points to reflect on how you are feeling. This helps with recognising what could be affecting your mental health positively or negatively and make changes accordingly.

Another way to look after your mental health is meditation. Meditation is a great way to take some time each day for yourself. Whether it be social media, work, or family life there are constant stimulants that can make it hard to relax your mind. Meditation can seem like a daunting activity but something as simple as focusing on your breathing is a great starting point. Taking even 10 minutes each day to sit alone and focus on calming your breathing can be really effective in improving your mental health.
